Returns & Exchanges
At Fancy & Proper, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- Free from makeup, deodorant, or wear marks
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (including hair scarves, jewelry, and select small goods)
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at hello@fancyproper.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- For your convenience, we provide a return label for an $8 fee, which will be deducted from your refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or item, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
