At Fancy & Proper, we take pride in getting your order to you quickly and beautifully packaged.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $125+ within the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Fancy & Proper is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. However, we’re always happy to help you track down your order and provide support.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@fancyproper.com and we’ll make it right.

International Shipping
At this time, Fancy & Proper ships within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally soon.
