Purchase Options & Order Cancellation Policy

At Fancy & Proper, we aim to process orders quickly so you can receive your items as soon as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

After this window, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations, as your order may already be in preparation.

To request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@fancyproper.com with your order number.

Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may offer pre-order items.

• Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase
• Estimated shipping dates will be noted on the product page
• Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours, pre-orders cannot be canceled as production or allocation may already be in progress

Order Processing
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. At that point, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for next steps.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Payment & Billing
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.
